- Photo of the information page of your Seakeeper display showing serial number and run and sea hours
- Photo of any error codes or description of issue and history.
- For new clients and clients who believe they are under warranty; Proof of sale of the vessel or Seakeeper should be provided so we may properly assist you with your warranty claims.
