THANK YOU ALL!
This Newsletter has been created not only to keep our team up to date on all the goings on at Tri Sea, but to give credit where credit is due. So we start by thanking all of our Employees. Every day, Tim and I are grateful for all of you. We know how hard you are all working every day! Thank you for every day you show up and give us and our clients your amazing energy! They say it takes a village. The future looks bright at Tri Sea!
The photo you see to the right was taken recently at the Wilmington, NC Boat Show. Barb’s Mom was in the hospital so the kids had to suit up and get to work so she could be with her. Everyone is good and healthy now and the kids learned a lot about the Seakeeper product as well as how to talk about the Seakeeper Product to people who still think it is some sort of Circus trick ( They also got a lot of candy from other vendors for their trouble lol) The point is, without all of you manning you jobs in your respective locations we could not get out there and work these shows the way we do and bring in the business that we do. You guys all make this happen!

Seakeeper Annual Dealer Review
In December, we had our Seakeeper Annual Dealer review and audit. This meeting week seems to get bigger and run longer every year due to our Company growth. It is something Seakeeper does with every single Seakeeper Dealer and each location across the board (which means 4 times under the gun for us). It involves a ton of prep work and completing boring spreadsheets for them leading up to the event, to answer all of their questions and hear their feedback. Thank you for being patient with us at the close of last year with how busy we were preparing and focusing on this meeting.
During our Seakeeper corporate annual Review, we learned a lot about the industry as a whole and how we measured up compared to other dealers. Here is what we can tell you about 2023 in close:
As a company, we performed around 1800 services and 143 Installations by the end of the year and grew the install department and company as a whole around 7% in a year when almost no other dealer grew. THAT IS HUGE!!!!!!! Great JOB. Steady growth is what every company can hope for.
From our installation team to working with Service techs to admin. Everyone at Seakeeper gave ALL OF YOU 5 stars and raved about our entire team.
We at Tri Sea have the most certified Seakeeper Master Tech’s globally and the most Seakeeper FRB certified technicians.
While there has been a slowdown in the OEM market, Boat and Yacht builders are not complaining, because their sales numbers are still so far ahead of what was projected for 2023 pre-covid.
Our competition is not providing the Seakeeper training and standards that we are providing to our employees as well as our Vendor and Broker clients and Seakeeper clients themselves.
The Seakeeper 10.5 and Seakeeper 14 were introduced along with their specs and info. Important to note that both of these units will fit in the same space as a Seakeeper 9. WOW Check out the new Seakeeper pricing and Seakeeper sizing information for all Seakeeper units on our Seakeeper Price and Info Page of our website; whenever you need them.
The nuts and bolts of the meeting are that Seakeeper wanted to know, how are you guys doing what you are doing the way you are doing it. THE ANSWER IS YOU! Thank you for making us look good!

TYLER KINNETT 2 Years / TAMPA - When Tyler started with us as a basic marine tech, he had never been on a boat with a Seakeeper stabilizer before. He had his interview at the St. Pete boat show of 2022 and started working for us 2 weeks later. 2 Years later, he is the Operational Coordinator of the Entire Tampa Location. His dedication to the company is shown over and over again and he has become a master at Hurricane Prep move out and in.
CARLOS TERRIENTES 2 Years / FORT LAUDERDALE Carlos had also never been on a vessel with a Seakeeper when he came to his first interview with us. He has been grinding his way and learning new yoga tricks in the service department for 2 years. Our clients rave about him regularly. If you have worked with him you know he is precise, clean and never ever has return call t a boat. HIs accomplishments are vast and his taste in music is great!
JAKE CHAMPION 1 Year / FORT LAUDERDALE Jake came to us after some time in the marine industry looking for something exciting and new.
