This Newsletter encompasses 3 months of information. We have lots of new news to share with you all but have been focusing all of our energy into the new app and software so that we can say goodbye to Quickbooks Time, sooner than later. YAY!

We are in the thick of things with the program and hope to be slowly be releasing parts of it in the month of June.

Tri Sea Stabilizers new CFO — Tri Sea Stabilizers announces Lindsey Heuer as CFO.

PROMOTION ALERT:

We have amazing news for everyone. We are pleased to announce that everyones favorite Accounts Receivables superstar, Lindsey Heuer, has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Lindsey’s hard work, dedication, and strategic insight have been instrumental in strengthening not only our company foundation but our company culture and positioning the company for long-term success.

In her new role, Lindsey will continue to drive alignment between our financial strategy and Customer Service to meet and exceed our overall business goals by championing transparency, accountability, and smart growth.

Her leadership has already contributed to meaningful positive changes across the organization, and we are confident that, as CFO, she will play a key role in guiding our next chapter of innovation and progress.In her new role.

Her Promotion comes just after her 3 year Anniversary with us here at Tri Sea!

Seakeeper tech fishing — On June 5th - Tri Sea will celebrate 9 years as a Seakeeper Elite Dealer. The day we went all in to become a Seakeeper only dealer.
On June 4th we will celebrate the 8 year Anniversary when Joe Mann decided to jump in with is. June 4th, 2018 was the Hire Date of our longest running and amazing team mate Joe Mann! Joe was with us when we were running the show out of a camper. He has stuck with Tri Sea during the thick of it and we appreciate his dedication and loyalty so much.
Joe is an amazing technician, teacher and mentor as well as a wonderful husband and father at home prioritizing home life balance at all times!

Tri Sea Stabilizers wins Seakeeper Dealer of the Year again at the Seakeeper Annual Dealer Awards. Tri Sea serves North Carolina and Florida including their new expansion in the the Gulf of America enabling them to service the entire Gulf Coast. Their Seakeeper master Technicians span from Panama City over to Pensacola, Florida and Orange Beach Alabama and down past Naples into the Florida Keys!

This year, during the Annual Seakeeper Dealer Awards Event, Tri Sea Stabilizers won Dealer of the Year for the 4th year in a row! There were not many comments made at the podium this year when giving us the award. They simply stated “ They are the best of the best. their techs are the best of the best and now they have a Sea Saw to go with their socks”!

They are 100% correct. You are the Best of the Best. There is no way to thank you all for the hard work and effort you give this company and, more importantly, give to our clients.

We know you all saw it on Social media but we did not do a major post yet because we wanted to share the win with you all first. We Know we don’t slow down enough to say it enough! You guys represent the most amazing team globally. Each and every one of you deserve this award! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!

There were 3,777 Seakeeper’s Shipped globally to refit dealers and builders last year
There are now 332 Seakeeper Dealers Globally including Boat Manufacturers
There are now over 35,000 Seakeeper’s installed and working out on the water
Last year the overall refit revenue for Seakeeper corporate was up 17%
Trade in Revenue was up 46% in 2025
Extended Warranty Sales for Seakeeper corporate themselves was up 11%
